About Us
Josh and Aly Wilson are a husband-wife team based in Boston, MA. Before co-founding Brave Teams, Aly served as Head of People and Culture for a fast-growing tech social enterprise. Josh, a serial entrepreneur, has an extensive leadership background in non-profit and faith-based settings. Both Josh and Aly are experienced coaches, managers, and leaders with a passion to help individuals and teams transform and reach their full potential.
